Orientation Meeting: Monday, February 1st, at 7:30 pm.
Green Bamboo, 136 S. Central Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90012. Park at Office Depot, free with validation. Reservation is under Evelyn
ITEMS:
- Graphic Design Committee - please have art options ready for the meeting
- Marketing Committee – Provide status of the Web site. UCLA is working towards getting our online payment system up by 2/6.
- Awards Committee – please have list of nominees available
- Scholarship Committee – status of scholarship donors and applications
- Fundraising and silent auction Committees – Solicitation letters and list of prospects ready for distribution
- Entertainment Committee – entertainment options
- All Committee Members – please continue to recruit volunteers for the benefit committees
